Want to be on the radar of the right people?
Then you need to be seen as a Thought Leader.

Why be a thought leader?
People like you are using their own thought leadership to:
✓ attract a new executive role
✓ grow demand for their advisory work
✓ drive sales for products and services
✓ be seen as a leader beyond their organisation
It means you'll be intentionally creating your visibility and communicating your value.
But what does 'thought leadership' mean?
It's an umbrella term for a range of communication activities. At its simplest, you curate information that's relevant to your market, profession or industry. You don't have to advance thinking in your field, undertake original research or articulate new concepts.
My experience as a Brand and Career Strategist shows thought leadership is the most effective way to get you on the radar of the right people.
"Thought leadership is the most effective way to get you on the radar of the right people."
Would you like outcomes like these?
Career-expanding wins my clients have achieved through their thought leadership include:
- a significantly larger and higher quality network
- invitations to speak at events and on podcasts
- conversations with influential people
- offers of executive and board roles
- engagements for consulting and advisory work
As well as:
- media interviews and news coverage
- mentoring from an industry leader
- approaches from executive recruiters
And of course, sales of products, programs and services.

What would your thought leadership look like?
Just imagine you've 'put something out there' and people are noticing.
Maybe it was a post on LinkedIn. Perhaps an article in your profession's publication or on an industry website. It could be an interview you did with someone or a podcast you guested on. (It doesn't have to be a book!)
Now, people are messaging you, wanting to know more, keen to talk and explore your thinking.
How does that feel? What's it like to have your knowledge and insights out there where they can be seen and shared?
Clients often tell me "it feels like success".
That's what I want for you. Let's make it happen.
These are your biggest challenges:
1) lack of strategy
Thought leadership will only advance your career when it's done to a plan.
Without a plan, you'll post once (after agonising for days), get no real results and never post again.
2) lack of support
Thought leadership delivers unbeatable results with consistency over time.
Without support, experience tells me you're very unlikely to keep it going for the necessary timeframe.
Strategy and support: that's exactly how I help you.

Your strategy
Strategy is key
Many clients have found they only need the strategy and once they have this, they can implement at their own pace.
So you'll get a detailed strategy document from me (via Google Docs for efficiency and document control).
Remember, without a strategy, you just won't see a worthwhile return on investment for the time you spend.
Here's what your strategy includes:
Objectives – what you want to achieve
Audiences – who you want to be in front of
Sensitivities – what you need to be mindful of
Guiding Principles – how you approach thought leadership activities
Platforms – where you'll publish and post
Themes – how you'll organise your thoughts
Topics – what you'll talk about
Formats - what forms your thought leadership will take
Frequency – how often you want to post and publish
Calendar – a schedule that lets you plan your activity
