What we work on
There are two core issues I address with clients:
1) Lack of visibility
How can people offer you a role if they donât know your name? Thereâs no point working on tools like your CV and LinkedIn if no oneâs seeing them. Thereâs no value in creating a pitch that you never communicate.
You thought your network would serve you but it isnât helping you now.
Visibility issues show up as:
⢠not being approached for roles
⢠watching less capable people get âyourâ opportunities
⢠not being asked to speak on panels, podcasts or at events
2) Lack of value
If youâve always been tapped on the shoulder for your roles, youâve never had to persuade anyone to hire you. And now, if you find yourself suddenly in a fiercely competitive market, your inability to effectively communicate your value is a major problem.
You never expected to have to âsell yourselfâ but now you do.
Value issues show up as:
⢠not getting to interviews or past the first stage
⢠not getting interest in your advisory services
⢠feeling that LinkedIn isnât serving you

How we work together
My one-on-one client work is always customised to your unique needs. But the structure of the work is the same.
Strategy session
Weâll always begin with strategy. Always. Weâll have an initial Strategy Session where we agree the outcomes you want to achieve and create a roadmap to get there.
If you already have clarity on your goal, this session might be short. A useful test is to see if you can fill in the blanks in this sentence:
 âI want to <deliver this outcome> for <this type of organisation>.â
The clearer your answer, the less time we need to spend on strategic thinking.
The Strategy session ranges from 1 to 4 hours, depending on clarity and complexity.
Before this session, Iâll immerse myself in your career to date, reading your background materials and auditing your digital presence.
Afterwards, youâll receive a plan to tackle your challenges and achieve your goals, and a gauge of the timeline to make it happen.
Although many clients continue to work with me for years and years, you may only need the strategy session and plan. Then you can implement using your own resources.

Focus session/s
Typically, youâll have one or two pressing matters to attend to. These could include:
⢠preparing for an important conversation
⢠defining your services and creating marketing materials
⢠tackling your neglected LinkedIn profile
Weâll action each of these issues in a dedicated Focus session. These are typically 2 hours long.
Very often, the first thing we do in the first Focus session is create your compelling career story using my proprietary ExecutiveCadence⢠methodology. This story will be carefully aligned with your strategy.
Youâll need your story before you can work effectively on your LinkedIn, CV, Board pitch, website, bio or any other touchpoint.Â
If youâve completed my ExecutiveCadenceâ˘Mastery course, you can skip the story-based Focus session.
Momentum sessions
The one-hour Momentum sessions can be used for any tactical activity. It can be used for accountability, long term planning for a career move or building strategic visibility over time.
A Momentum session is ideal for shorter, simpler tasks like:
⢠strategising your outreach to key individuals
⢠reviewing touchpoints that youâve worked on yourself
⢠planning and creating social media posts
⢠developing collateral like a case study, capability statement or bio
You can use a Momentum session to respond to in-the-moment issues and to adapt your strategy as needed.
You can schedule sessions close together to give your career a massive boost in a short time, or you can space them out over a longer period.Â

Your investment is customised to your needs, working on this basis:
> Strategy sessions start at AUD 2750 up to AUD 5500 (from 1 to 4 hours)
> Focus sessions are AUD 2200 each (2 hours)
> Momentum sessions are AUD 770 each (1 hour)
Value packages of 3, 6 and 12 Momentum sessions are available: x 3 is AUD 2200, x 6 is AUD 4100, x 12 is AUD 7850.

Step 2. In this scheduled chat, weâll each decide if we want to work together. Iâll ask you questions about your current situation so we can assess the level of strategy needed.
Step 3. At the end of this call, weâll agree the scope of work with a fixed investment and start date.

Once youâve decided to work with me, hereâs what happens next:
1. Youâll receive my Non-Disclosure Agreement which protects the confidentiality of all information you share with me. Youâll execute this electronically via Docusign.
2. Youâll receive my invoice via Xero. This is payable in full before our initial strategy session.
3. Iâll send you a link to book our first session at the time thatâs most convenient for you. Youâll choose whether we meet in person or via Zoom.
4. Youâll send me any background reading I need to do before our session.
